It is fully furnished and recently renovated. It is one of the old Dutch homes, with a canal view outside. Students with guarantors are welcome. The rental price is 1450 (including), and there is also a private balcony. The place is available for the long term with registration, and the contract starts on June 1st. No pets allowed.
