d. Messaging: Users may receive messages from other users through the Platform. You agree to use the messaging feature of the Platform solely for communication related to rental listings and accommodations-seeking posts.

3. Payment Transactions
a. No Payment Processing: Flats & Friends does not facilitate payment transactions on the Platform. Any agreements or transactions between users regarding rental listings or accommodations-seeking posts must be conducted independently of the Platform.

4. Intellectual Property
a. Ownership: All content and materials on the Platform, including but not limited to text, images, logos, and trademarks, are owned or licensed by Flats & Friends and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
b. License: Subject to these Terms, Flats & Friends grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Platform for your personal use.

5. Paid Subscriptions
a. Subscription Services: Flats & Friends may offer subscription services or premium features on the Platform for an additional fee. By subscribing to these services or features, you agree to pay the applicable fees as set forth by Flats & Friends.
b. Payment Terms: Payment for subscription services or premium features will be processed through third-party payment processors. You agree to provide accurate and complete payment information and authorize Flats & Friends (or its third-party payment processor) to charge the applicable fees to your chosen payment method.
c. Renewal: Subscription services may automatically renew unless you cancel your subscription before the end of the current subscription period. You are responsible for managing your subscription and cancelling it if you do not wish to renew.
d. Refunds: Subscription fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as expressly stated in the terms applicable to the specific subscription service or premium feature.
e. Changes to Subscription Terms: Flats & Friends reserves the right to change the fees for subscription services or premium features at any time. Any changes to subscription terms will be effective upon notice to you.
f. Termination of Subscription: Flats & Friends reserves the right to terminate or suspend your subscription and access to subscription services or premium features at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason.

6. Use of User Information
a. Consent: By using the Platform, you consent to Flats & Friends collecting, storing, and using any information provided by you in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
b. Commercial Use: Flats & Friends may use the information provided by users for commercial purposes, including but not limited to marketing, advertising, and research activities. By posting content on the Platform, you grant Flats & Friends a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, distribute, and display such content in any form, media, or technology now known or later developed.
c. No Compensation: You agree that you will not be entitled to any compensation or reimbursement for the use of your information by Flats & Friends for commercial purposes.

9. Dispute Resolution

10. Severability

Flats & Friends reserves the right to modify or update these Terms at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of the Platform after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms, including any changes related to the use of user information for commercial purposes. 12. Entire Agreement
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Flats & Friends regarding your use of the Platform, and supersede all prior or contemporaneous understandings and agreements, whether written or oral.By using the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.
