Available as of June 22nd. We provide you with a cozy room equipped with a desk and chair for your study sessions, plus a single bed for a well-deserved rest after your days. Strategically located just 20 minutes from the center of Madrid, you'll have easy access to the Lucero metro (L6) and a bus stop right in front of the house. In addition, you will find supermarkets, stores and restaurants within a short distance for your convenience. The monthly fee is €500, services included (no pets allowed).
